How to Stream Photos from iPhone to Samsung TV (2022 Model)?

Hi everyone,
I have an iPhone and a Samsung TV (2022 model, like Q60B or BU8000). I want to stream photos from my iPhone to the TV wirelessly. What’s the easiest way to do this? Do I need an app, or does the TV have a built-in feature for this?

Thanks for any help! 😊

Hi Ricardo,

You can easily stream photos from your iPhone to your Samsung TV using AirPlay, which is built into most Samsung TVs from 2018 onward, including your 2022 model. To do this, make sure both your iPhone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Then, open the Photos app on your iPhone, select the photo or album you want to share, tap the Share icon, and choose AirPlay. Your TV should appear in the list—just select it, and your photos will be displayed on the big screen.

If AirPlay isn’t working or isn’t available, another option is using the SmartThings app. Samsung’s SmartThings app allows you to mirror your iPhone screen or share content directly to the TV. Simply install the SmartThings app on your iPhone, connect it to your TV, and use the Screen Share or Media Sharing feature. Hope this helps—let me know if you run into any issues!

Airplay or Smart Things would be the best options. Can see some visuals and video here . https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/what-is-screen-mirroring-and-how-do-i-use-it-with-...
