How to open the channel list on Q90 TV using full remote co

We have the QE55QN90CATXXU TV. and use it with terrestrial antenna (Freeview) as well as with satellite dish (Astra 19E). 
we know that from the channel list, we can switch between both. and we can reach that list using the smart remote (press and hold the up/down key for at least 2 seconds). 
but mostly we use the full remote control BN59-01315Q. How to reach the channel list using that remote control?

Thank you very much. We found a different solution. The Smart Remote  gives us all the command we need. Including opening the channel list. Where we can switch between terrestrial and satellite. 
The universal guide lacks that switch.
