How do i downgrade my smart tv's FW?

After the last 2 updates my UE49KS7005 series smart tv, it has gotten nearly 80% worse in stability, relieability  and snappy menues than when i got it in january last year. And resetting smart hub and even the entire tv software itself to "factory" doesn't help either.

Is there any ways i can downgrade it somehow? Cause it's infuriating that i paid 1.1 grand for this darn 4k smart tv and it's being as sluggish in the software by updating it..

Can you tell me the way? My Q9FN did an update from 1202 to 1294 and I ak deeply sad and angry about that! I really want my 1202 back!

Airplay no longer working since lates FW ver 1300.4.  When trying to activate, screen goes black and nothing happens. it does not get either activated.

to bad FW cannot be rolled back, that's a big reason not to opt for Sumsung next time a new TV is needed.

hope the support reads this and fixes Airplay.

[HDR FIRMWARE BUG]

I have to a BIG problem my tv auto up.. the firmware to 1310 and now the HDR is pulsing non-stop!!!

I use it as a pc monitor.

The first time it happen it was in warranty and the serves guy changed the board to rollback to factory firmware. And for 1 year all good HDR BACK TO NORMAL. Now the warranty is over and the serves tells me the only way is to buy a new board for 200$ W*F!!!???

This Samsung tv was defiantly my very last. I'm done buying Samsung products!!!!

My QE65Q8CNA tv stop playing AVI files and a lot of MKV files has no sound with the latest software (ver1310). If Samsung not fix it very soon, i will sell my tv and no more samsung product!

The Tv used to have good picture quality but after the last update, the skin tones are all wrong, too contrasty, and a dominant reddish hue. Never buying a Samsung TV again.

We should have downgrade option when samsung technicians screwed up... my UE55MU7002 it's worst than 2017

welp, after getting two Samsung tvs, both now filled with ads, installing apps by themselves which I cant uninstall (Disney plus, for example), their bs tv+ integration which eats the most processing power even tho I have no use for it - I'll never get another of their tv. The updates don't even have changelogs, I have no idea what they'll add, change, or even worse: remove!

Bonus story: my uncle moved to another country, 500 km away (so not on the other side of the world) and they can't use their samsung TV because "it was purchased in another geographical area" . The local Samsung Service says they can't solve it, since it's some new Samsung policy. Good job, samsung!
