How can I change country for the Samsung TV apps

I'm trying to install couple of French apps that are not available on the US store. I have a French IP but can't get it to work.

Call Samsung customer service. I'm sure they are can sorting for you...

The TV's are manufactured for specific regions and you would be unable to install apps that aren't made for that particular US model.
