How access schedule recording manager after latest update

Since the latest Samsung update, how do you get to the schedule recording manager.  It used to be on the small remote after pressing the 123 button but I can't seem to find it....

I'm trying to set a recording on the TV guide but it says "Too many Reservations" 

I am trying to see how many reservation I have... 

Any help...
