Hi Community,
My TV has horizontal lines that run from one side to the other, from the top to bottom. This is over everything on screen, not just an app or source.
Nothing has been changed however software update 1361 automatically installed the day before.
I have done a full system reset and issue still stands, so hopefully it’s a software issue and not the panel itself as it’s under 4 months old.

This is visible from afar, not just up close and sorta ruins everything you’re watching.

Hi,
Just got a QE49Q80T last week and when I turned it on yesterday I noticed the same issue you're getting.
Been on live chat to Samsung and they're going to be sending an engineer to look at it. Out of interest, did you get your issue resolved? And, if so, what happened?
Really hoping they're not going to try and claim it's our fault or "it's supposed to be like that" or something!
