This afternoon the family have turned on our Samsung TV UE60JU6800 and the top half of the screen is darker than the rest?
Was fine before this and it's only 3.5 years old.
I really hope someone knows of a fix as we really cant be buying a new TV right now. I've submitted a help ticket to Samsung.
Hi @Clofty, Sad to say but that looks very much like a faulty panel - which would need a repair. 🙁
