Hi all. I recently bought a new tv and was excited when I heard sky q was coming out with HDR content. Once I put it on, the screen dimmed as if I was watching it with sunglasses on and looked worse than the normal picture.
I tried watching HDR content on the built in tv apps and gor the same result. Surely HDR is meant to enhance the picture not make it almost unwatchable? I went to change the gamma settings and they are greyed out??? Any ideas on why this is happening and if it can be fixed?
Thanks

I have exactly the same issue.... but only recently noticed when i started using HDR, if this is an unfixable issue. Can the TV be returned under warrenty, i bought it for 4k HDR, (TU7000) about 14weeks ago. But only just realised its a SAMSUNG problem..
Im seriously not happy.

Upgrading the firmware to 1302 made a big improvement for me.
