HDMI to RCA Phono

I have a Samsung UE40MU6400 Smart TV (with c**py sound output) and wish to connect a Marantz PM6004 amplifier with B&W Speakers!

Sadly the Marantz does not have HDMI, only RCA Phono connectors!

Is it possible to use and HDMI to Phono connection to achieve sound output through my B&W speakers?

does it have an optical cable part?

There is an optical cable option for the Samsung TV, but the Marantz only has RCA Phono connections as it is old technology!
