HDMI ports aren't working

Hi

Few days ago in our place we had thunderstorm, and after that our satellite receiver spoiled. After that we call service and they changed the receiver, where the problem started. On TV(Samsung JU6702), all HDMI ports aren't working(TV had four). When i push SOURCE button, TV changed on HDMi port and TV is searching for update, but i had the latest update. BTW i started again update directly from TV, and also later with USB but nothing changed.
I also try with different HDMI cabel, nothing happens.

On the second TV, receiver works.

If you had just replaced the satellite receiver for no reason, it's logical there is a connection issue with the receiver. However, the thunderstorm may have fried the PCB for the HDMI sockets. Can you get terrestrial TV?

Thnderstorm destroyed receiver, i tried and playstation on hdmi. I get the same message like on picture which i post.

We get the new receiver from operator, then i get the update message from picture in first post. Receiver is working on all other TVs in house.

you reset the TV

Menu/Settings → Support → Reset

if persists, contact Samsung Support for further help and repair
