Hi
So i have a 65 inch 2021 the frame. Just today i noticed that my hdmi port 4 is not working. Anyone else noticed the same?
Im getting an error that the source could not be found? There are no damages on the hdmi cable, nor the brand new ps5 in question
i’ve also tried to connect the ps5 to all the other hdmi ports (1,2,3). It works like a charm on ever single other port. But whenever i plug it to port 4 it gives me error messages.
i have also tried to Connect other devices to hdmi port 4 (like Apple tv for example)… it gives me the same fault. all the hdmi cables are brand new.
any fixes?

1- Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV
2- Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV
3- Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet
4- Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds
5- Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV
6- Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV.
If that doesn't help it needs repair

Tried everything, doesn’t seem to work
my temproary solution seems to be to have the ps5 on port 1, sonos arc on port 2, Apple tv on port 3, and the tv decoder on port 4.
sucks that i cant play on 120hz…

I found I can't play 4K, 120Hz PS5 games with HDR on my Samsung TV | Samsung UK
The only thing I can't tell is the date this was published.

Hi brother have you got a fix for this? I've got the same problem.
I got The Frame specifically for the 120hz gaming and the hdmi 4 port doesn't work but the rest of the ports work.

I found the fix for this guys just turn off HDCP in settings on your PS5 :
- Go to settings and then click on System
- Choose HDMI to get a list of options
- Turn off HDCP by hitting the toggle next
And then later when it starts working from your game HDMI port you can toggle it back on if required
