Hi I have 4 Samsung 4K TVs in the house all fed from the same Ariel, HD Channels have disappeared on all except 1 TV which is fine. I have tried disconnecting aerial and retuning and then re-tuning again after re-connecting aerial without success
Any ideas?

@blueboy2103: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, and I will have a look into this for you.

@blueboy2103: Thank you. Can you try heading to Home > Settings > Broadcasting > Expert Settings > Manual Tuning > Digital Channel Tuning > New > Search, to see if you're able to tune any available HD channels in this manner?
