Freestyle Gen 2 Projector white border around projected screen

Could anyone please tell me why there is a white border around my projected screen? Is this normal?

Why does it project huge white border around screen?

@1marex: HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will also appear at the top and bottom of the screen when you watch movies that have aspect ratios different from your Projector. With this in mind, try adjusting the picture size options on your external device, or set the Projector to full screen, to see if this helps.

This is the height and width of the screen, but it is projecting a much wider glow around the screen 😞

I understand that negative space would be created within the projected screen if the video ratio is different from the projected screen, but in this case, it is projecting a white glow outside the projected screen 😞

In fact, to be perfectly clear, this white exposed border is visible when the screen size is set to 100%.

I get green lines around shapes and faces look plastic this happens on still pictures and no watching any ideas guys I’ve reset as per advice but nothing has changed
