I have a 43 inch Frame TV does anyone know how many pieces of free art I should have? I have 14 whilst my son has 20!!

If 20 what has happened to my missing six?

@Mike15: Does your son have a 2019 Frame TV, as I know that this contains 20 works of art from different genres in the Samsung Collection, however I haven't been able to verify if this is the same for the 2021 model. If you press Select on your One Remote while in Art Mode and navigate to Samsung Collection, you will find all available categories here.

Hi Andrew Thanks, My son bought his 65 inch in April this year, though I think it might be 2020 model as he has a white controller and mine is black. Mine has 14 pieces of Art and Samsung tell me that there is no set number of FREE pieces, which I find very odd as I would expect everyone to have the same number whether its 14, 20 or 25! but apparently its random. I have had extensive communication with Samsung and I'm disappointed at the outcome, but it does explain why its not mentioned on their website. Plus on the main menu when i click through the complimentary art box it brings up NAVA contemporary.

Hey @Mike15! This is correct, we've been in touch with our TV Product Specialists and they confirmed that there is no fixed number of complimentary art pieces at the moment, and what displays on your TV can fluctuate. This will also differ between the different models and sizes of The Frame.  🙂

Thank you StephK1, at least I now know that it is not personal :smiling-face:
