Hi guys,
Recently brought The Frame 2023 model. Noticing that only HDMI ports 3 & 4 seem to work. Whatever I plug into ports 1 & 2 it comes up with 'Check device power'.
Currently we have a S801b soundbar connected into HDMI port 3 for ARC, and then our BT TV box connected into HDMI port 4. But we also have a Blu-Ray player that when we connect into ports 1 & 2 it keeps coming up with check device power. It works if i plug it into port 4. The BT TV box also does not work in ports 1 & 2 as well.
Any ideas? Thanks!
