Frame TV - Art mode button on home screen doesn't work

I have a 65" 2022 Frame TV. When I am in the home screen of the OS, on the left side you have a few buttons (e.g. media, art, games) which normally just take you to the media, games or art section. When I click on "art", the TV screen turns black and the 'thinking' circle starts going, only to then be given an error message about connection issues. This is a very basic button to click on, literally at the home screen, and the art area of the menu is a big part of why I have a Frame TV. Is my TV defective? What's happening?

Same problem here. In my case no ‘thinking circle’ just shot down out of nothing instead of art mode… then it automatically turns on again after few seconds 😕

Same here frame tv 2021 65inch the minute i press art mode tv switches off and then just has a clicking noise from the one connect box
Any solutions to this ?
