Frame - system error please try later

When trying to add a photo from ‘my album’ to Frame I get this message .
I have been getting this for a long while for any new photos I want to use. To be clear I’m loading them ok from my iPad to the Art work in my smart app but I can’t then make it the picture on my frame. This used to work but hasn’t for some time any ideas how to resolve? Thanks in advance

Same issue here. It worked no problem a year ago. Now I cannot add any new photos.

I’m afraid not! I go and give it a go every now and again but no joy!
