Firmware 1409 Vs 1406

The updated version was 1409 last year
The new version is update 1406
T-MSLUABC_1406.3
It is not possible to update to this version now

Not the first device this happened to, the qe65qn95 has had same thing and another couple of devices reported. They do realise just takes awhile.

I would also like to know why the downgrade in Firware version?

What's the full model number of your TV? And which country are you based in?

I am in South Africa and TV is 82" Q60R QLED Smart 4K UHD TV

I am also on 1409 firmware and even tried the new 1406.4 on a USB but said no update, obviously due to lower version no.
