Hello

I am hearing a chirping/beeping noise from bottom right hand side of TV. It’s quiet and intermittent but very annoying.

The Samsung technical team have been informed and they’re monitoring the situation.

But I wanted to see if others have experienced the issue and have managed to sort it.

Exactly same issue here. Tv arrived on 19th Dec and mounted a few days later. Didn’t realise the noise was coming from the tv until a few days ago as recently moved and assumed it was something else.

Support were zero help. They asked for a video a few days ago and when I spoke to them today, the lady told me she had “good news” and that “there is no issue with the tv”. I insisted that I wasn’t accepting that outcome and she wanted to put me in touch to arrange a repair.

In the end I arranged for a refund as they said they do not do exchanges. probably time to order a different tv…..

Same issue

tv arrived last week and mounted it straight away. Noticed that the noise isn’t apparent straight away on switch on but starts after an hour or so of use. Exactly as others have said. Sounds like a really fast FaceTime call ringing coming from bottom right of screen. Cycles on and off continuously. Unreal that they ship this. Is it worth even trying to get a “repair” or replacement. I got a deal with a soundbar and they took my old tv for a further discount. No idea how to go about sorting all that out if need be. Also have several Samsung frame compatible holes in my wall that I’m not best pleased about if it goes back. do samsung support feature anywhere on this forum?

Offering a bit of hope.
I am in the same situation eg sound bar, wall holes, trade in tv. I even had Samsung finance and had channelled the one connect wiring up the wall and into the attic!

My replacement turned up last week and so far I’ve not had the same issue. I know others have not been so lucky though so it’s seems to be the luck of the draw.

Hope its sorted for you... they say its a normal feature of the TV, that's the most worrying thing.. its not like its a 'fault' that happens with some, its actually designed to make that noise.  I'm pretty appalled.

I'm similar that my second one does seem quieter, but still noticeable, so clearly there is a little variation... weighin up whether or not its bareable to live with..!

I have a 75” Frame that I bought in October 2022. I didn’t notice the chirping noise right away but definitely notice it now and finally figured out that it is coming from the lower right side of the TV.

Just as others have said, it’s not loud and it’s not constant, but it is annoying when you can hear it. I’m really surprised that there are no Samsung replies to this thread. Hope someone figures out a fix soon since I’m obviously way past my return deadline. (Other than this issue, I LOVE this TV.)

I just tracked this sound down to my frame TV as well (55” wall mounted). Following along to see if anyone finds a remedy. I purchased mine this summer, so it sounds like I’m way past any 14/18 day window.

has anyone tried adding shielding to the wire running behind the tv to the one connect box?

Me and my tech, after 2 months, finally figured out the issue....is there a fix yet, we do not know. The sound is coming from the power button which also has bluetooth for the remote. My tech has ordered a new part, we will see if this resolves it.  Also a 2022 frame 50".

I havent tried adding shielding to the cable, but I did not notice the sound for the first few days I owned the TV when it was on the stand. So the cable wasn't routed in the back (hope that makes sense!)

Having the same issue with my 65 inch Frame, have had this TV for a little over a week. Called Samsung last night and they will send a tech. Really hoping there is a solution as I like this TV but the beeping/chirping is annoying. The Samsung rep last night said he had never heard of this issue. Crossing my fingers for a fix.
