Firmware Download Link

Hi all.

I'm looking for a firmware/software update for QB65R, QB55R and QB50R signage screens. For some reason I can't find them on an assortment of Samsung websites or via Live Chat with Samsung support.

At the moment I can see a mix of either T-KTM2ELKUC-2200.1 and T-KTM2ELKUC-2220.5 at the moment. I know it needs to be done by USB and not over the network.

I just want to make sure my marketing screens are running the latest firmware/software!

I do not recommend downloading firmware updates from unverified, third party sites. All official USB firmware updates can be downloaded from the relevant support sites, as per the below.

@AttilaHUN: It is difficult to verify if the file is valid, although the information in the .txt file does appear to be correct. As per the above, I strongly recommend downloading the firmware update from our website via the links provided, as this will eliminate any potential authenticity concerns.

Can you help with this?
Or is any of the ones you sent good for the 75 by any chance?

@AttilaHUN: Having checked the support site in multiple regions, I am unable to find a firmware upgrade for the QB75H. Please let me know which region you're located in, and I will link you to the relevant support page for future reference.

Hi Havoc,

I'm 7 days late to the party. Would you mind posting the same firmware again? Looks like it is pretty recent, from a couple of weeks ago. I'm hoping they added some basic, seemingly missing, features, since I bought this touchscreen about 4 years ago. My firmware is 1002.0 on the QB75H-TR, so pretty dated compared to 1140.2.

Thank you! Why the heck don't they make these available publicly for those of us that know how to do it? I suppose they don't want calls for bricked devices when the user hoses it. Yeah, likely that.
