Hi Chris, thanks for your reply, however called Samsung and sorted it on the phone. Fingers crossed it will stay fixed. Being an intermittent fault made it more annoying. Resolved the problem by doing a reboot and it seems to have fixed it. Obviously will monitor and get back on to them should it reoccur.
That aside, very pleased with the set and on my recommendation my son has now also bought one!
