Failure to Record

I purchased a QE55Q70TATXXU last July and now whenever I try to record either from the channel list of via time shift I get the message ‘Failed to Record’. I have formatted the usb storage device I use and have tried a drifferent on with the same result, anyone any ideas?

Try factory reset the device or try the other USB port. Might help!
