Qe75q950R + Sonos ARC - lost atmos ability on Netflix and Disney+ after latest fw upd. 1835.0. Tried reinstalling apps and leaving both units powerless but I still only get Dolby digital+ withe atmos enabled. Any clues out there?
Hi there, I have same problem here in France with my 65Q85R TV + HW-Q950T Atmos Samsung soundbar ... Tizen version updated on latest version available for my TV version:1385 and so for Netflix with 9.0.0 latest version available for my TV. I've lost entirely Dolby Atmos on Netflix since maybe 1 or 2 weeks. Only 5.1 shows up instead of Atmos. I bought my Samsung soundbar 3 weeks ago, I only had Atmos during about maybe 1 week since then, no more Atmos available. Of course, everything is up to date, connected on HDMI ARC on the TV using the High Speed HDMI cable provided with my soundbar, I've already used and seen Atmos available on Netflix so it was working fine until ... i don't what. I didn't change a thing to my set up. Maybe a new version has been released and Netflix is bugged since then.
Any clues ? How can i have Atmox back on Netflix ?
Is there a customer number I can phone to to find some help for France ? Thx
