On my Samsung Smart TV, none of the apps are showing up in the search nor is the keyboard to be able to type anything. I have done a soft and hard reset of the TV, signed out and in to my account, checked all wireless connections, and have reset the SmartHub which I now cannot reconnect the WiFi because the keyboard won’t show to type the password. The TV is only about 3 years old.
Can anybody help?
Having exact same issue.. tried all that is listed.. talkes to I ternet provider and they say it is tv. Need to update software but cannot connect to internet to do so.. any solutions found?
I finally got in touch with one of their tech personnel. They ended up sending me a link t download onto a flash drive. I then plugged the flash drive into the computer and was able to update the software that way. Once updated, the keyboard returned and I was able to reconnect to the internet. Hope this helps!
