Hi @Syl16 , just checking you have tried to update via USB. If so have you run the following checks:
Smart Hub/Factory Reset
Soft Reset of the TV -Menu - Support -Self Diagnosis - Reset
Router Roboot-Switch off At Mains and connect again.
Change the DNS Servers (Menu- Network -Network Settings - IP Settings - DNS settings - Enter Manually. 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4. and then Save)
Tried wired connection as well as Wifi.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
