Our new Samsung QLED Q80T 49" was delivered yesterday but after having put the smartthings app on my phone, it doesn't seem to recognise the TV and eventually came up with the above error code. Help please.

Did you ever get this to work? I am having the same issue, and cant seem to figure out the details. All my other SAMSUNG Devices connected perfectly, except the TV. (?)

Hello, we're you able to solve the issue??  If you didn't, what worked for me was to restart my phone and retry connecting my TV through smart things. Hope this help.
