Dark spot on brand new tv 65q800t

Not very noticeable until i go to ambient mode was not there the first couple of days . Ive never had issues with Samsung before but as it's brand new and wasn't cheap I'd at least like a year or 2 without issue. Firmware is the latest version.

Return it ASAP and get a replacement. Faulty.

thats a presure point damage. and will get bigger as time goes by. especially when screen heats up and cools down..

Had it returned the spot only showed up during certain picture settings but I didn't want to keep it and see the issue progress. For the record Samsung said return it and John lewis exchanged it no problem both offered troubleshooting but it was just the basic stuff.

I have this on my TV and Samsung customer care said it was within acceptable limits as it only showed during bright scenes..darker more complicated image its not really that noticeable...such as the test screen.
