Currys or Richer sounds

Richer sounds have a 6 year warrenty,example,my son bought a 86" samsung Qled.after a few days a shading appeared, he contacted them and they answered, told him to take pics of screen and email them to richers sounds etc,which he did, within 3 days the tv was changed over and replaced with another new one,,only obsiticle was he had to box the old one up, he had chucked out the box,so a search was made and we got hold of plenty to do it,,so if u buy from R.S,Keep the box,,

Currys would have sent an engineer 'Cough',who would have reset the tv, and the time it takes to get through to service dept your guarentee would have expired,
