I cannot find the channel 4 app on my Samsung smart TV model UE50MU6120K 

type No. EU50MU6120 , I have alread don't the diagnostics reset and hasn't made a difference, if you could help my that would be great.

@Shellybuckley: If you go to Home > Apps > Select the magnifying glass symbol in the top right to enter 'Search' > All 4, does it produce any results? If so, simply use the cursor to highlight the app, tap the Select button and choose 'Install'. If its not visible in the search results then sadly the app is not supported on this model.
