Change region on my QE75QN85CATXXH

I would like to change the region on my QN85C tv. Google says it's a 2023 model. I checked for online info, but the combination

MUTE+VOL^+CHANNEL^+MUTE not working on the terms and conditions page. Nothing happens except mute and volume actually changing.

I stumbled on this answer, but I can't see "Enjoy a wide range of smart features" page anywhere. After I reset the TV, the first thing is it wants to login with Samsung account and only later it shows me terms and conditions page, but on this page upper combination has no effect. Later on, no "Enjoy a wide range of smart features" is presented.

Hi, I have the same problem with my QN90C. Did you find a solution? I have an other ca 4 years old Samsung and there the mute, +volume, +channel, mute works. Just not with the 2023 C model…Thank you.

Hi All, I have find the solution. With the new tv’s from 2023/24 the hack doesn ´t work with the smart hub reset and new setup ( witch works with models from ca 2018-2021 )

With the new models a factory reset is needed. During the initial setup there is a screen with something like “enjoying a lot of smart features”. There you push Mute - Volume up - Channel up - Mute, and the list of the possible countries appears. You choose the right one and continue the setup. Enjoy!

@Romano36 Thank you for sharing the info. My Samsung TV got updated to latest Tizen OS 8.0(one UI something) did you try on that ?
