I have been given my late grandads tv UE32F6800, i have tried numerous times to reset the pin as i dont know the current one

so i have tried

Step 1. Turn on the TV, then press the Mute button.

Step 2. Press the + button, then press the Return button.

Step 3. Press the - button, then press the Return button.

Step 4. Press the + button again, then press the Return button

&

  1. Turn On you Samsung TV
  2. Mute824Power

i have tried both the above with the tv off and on but to no avail

Hi @Matty-says  Have you tried the default of 0000?  could try   vol + , then return, then vol - , then return , then vol + , then Return and  Power. These tend to be the methods for resetting but some other information in this thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/tv/reset-pin-forced-factory-reset/td-p/646157

some customers resolved via Remote Assistance.

Information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-use-samsung-remote-support/  would need to call or use chat service to request Remote Assistance.

contact options in this link https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/  phone line only open to 6 at weekend  and Chat service will not always be available.

just  also to say sorry about your Grandad.
