Finnicky issue.
I have my NVIDIA Shield connected by HDMI which is my main source of viewing. However whenever I turn on the TV there is always a gap of a few seconds for the Shield to activate itself. In that time the TV has turned on and as the Shield is still not active, the TV can't see it and I get a 'HDMI Cable: Disconnected' message on the TV which means I have to go through the process of selecting the external source again.
Is there any way of delaying the TV turning on etc. for a few seconds which will give the Shield time to activate itself?
I have an AU8000 TV.
