Can’t receive live BBC channels on new Samsung AU7100

My mum got a Samsung AU7100 for Christmas and wants to watch, mostly, the traditional terrestrial tv channels 1,2,3,4,5. Have tuned the tv for her area and can receive channels 3 onwards but no BBC channels. Can access iPlayer fine but would rather press no1 and get BBC1. Tried holding down Guide and selecting terrestrial etc but no change. Hoping someone has solved this issue.

Our Samsung smart TV is the same, BBC channels no longer available, can only watch BBC through our BT box. I'm sure it's a plan to make BBC channels only available through I player, and you'll be charged like NETFLIX, scrap the licence 🤔

Some are available at numbers 101, 102, etc. However, I still can’t find BBC News or Sky News, etc. This is incredibly frustrating. I’m half-tempted to return the TV, as the software should not be this poor. Why aren’t Samsung answering these queries?!
