Hi, we lost power a few days back, and since then, my Samsung SmartTV won't connect to the internet. When I go to Network Settings and select my network, I'm asked for the password, and that's where my problem occurs... no typing menu comes up when the password field becomes available—so I have no way of typing in my password... I certainly can't do it with my remote. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
