Can't get fios menu on my samsung remote

I just bought and installed a UN43TU7000FXZA and set up the Samsung remote to work on my FIOS cable box. It works great with one exception. None of the buttons seem to access the FIOS menu so I am unable to easily get out recorded stuff or on demand shows. Am I missing something or is the menu not on the remote?

I am having the same problem with a QN90B.  I am replying in the hope you found a solution.  Or perhaps additional posts will lead to a response.  Thanks in advance!

I have contacted Samsung twice about this issue.  They were not helpful.  I got no clear response as to how to access the Fios DVR using the SolarCell remote.  And they couldn't/wouldn't definitively say that the functionality I seek was/was not there.  I have tried so many different button clicks on different screens.  I tried turning off the adds on the top part of the Home screen.  Nothing seems to work.  Will keep trying.
