Can a Samsung Tizen Smart Monitor record its screen like a Smart TV can

Fairly self-explanatory, but a Samsung Tizen Smart TV has the 123 button to record its screen, and I was wondering if a Samsung Tizen Smart Monitor could do the same (e.g. to record the UEFI Settings Menu of a connected device)
