Hello everyone....
I have the problem with my Samsung cu7000 50 I can't get access to change my region and I have been restricted to download apps
And the combination MUTE+VOL^+CHANNEL^+MUTE.... Not working on my TV.... Can't someone help me plssss..... I really need that 🙏

Hi @Stormshadow571 This worked for one of our Members recently:
Reset your tv and when on the screen that says “Enjoy a wide range of smart features”, do the Mute - Volume up - Channel up - Mute . A window with the country selection should appear.
An alternative is » - 2 - 8 - 9 - « (this is FFWD - 2 - 8 - 9 - REWIND)

Thank you to both of you, I've been struggling with codes for a few days now. All the tutorials were talking about inputting the code while on the terms and conditions page the key was the reference to this page.
It's worth mentioning that finding the page was a little tricky too...
After I've reset (only) the hub and went to the setup and kept struggling finding the mentioned page. I was on the page 2 of the wizard that asks you to login, qr code or whatever. I've tried the code with the mute a couple of times on this page and nothing, then I've tried the other one (with a different remote with numeric keys) ... Eventually I've spent a some time on this page and either the codes or either the waiting, somehow eventually I've found myself on the "Enjoy a wide range of smart features" page and here the code with the mute button worked.

Can u plz guide in what worked for u? I have recently purchased 55cu8000 n facing same pblm which is really fruatrating me now.. The code hasn't worked for me... Do i just have to reset smart hub or what? On what screen the code will work n which code solved ur pblm??

I'm sorry, but some time has passed and I'm not really sure what exactly worked. The key factor is to get to the "Enjoy a wide range of smart features" page and there the code with the mute button (MUTE+VOL^+CHANNEL^+MUTE) worked, but the real trouble was getting to that page. If I remember correctly that's the page 1 of the "wizard", and for some reason I kept getting directly to the second page where it asks you to login. As I was saying in the other messagge I'm not sure how I've manged to get to the first page, if I remember correctly the "back" button just got me out of the wizard, so either the code with the numbers (» - 2 - 8 - 9 - «) or just by waiting on that page but somehow I've manged to get to the first page (the one that says "Enjoy a wide range of smart features") and, as said before, on that page the first code works.

Solved it boys... if you want that page ( enjoy a wide range ) A simple rest to the smart hub won't work.. what you need to do is go to all setting -general - rest . Once you reset the TV. Go do the rest for smart hub then you will see the page your looking for

Yes it helped, thank you all of u... Just reset all tv then at the very start page use the combination keys n u will be able to select / change the region of ur choice..

Brother I'm using CU7700 model bt I don't see anything like "enjoy a wide range of smart features" . What should i be doing? I cant the Samsung gaming hub
