C24F396FHU Jog Button

Wondering if anyone can help me...

I've had my C24F396FHU for a few years now and never experienced this problem.

Today I went to change my monitor to game settings and the menu started acting funny and not corresponding with the actions I was selecting, then it stopped allowing me to access the menu all together, when I press left. right or even down all I get access to is the volume control? The monitor wont allow me to turn it off either and when I pull the power plug out and plug it back in the monitor just turns right back on, no blue light at the bottom right of the monitor.

I've tried holding the button in for 10-20 seconds, tried holding it different directly but all it will allow me to do is change the volume..

Can anyone help?

Have you tried resetting the Monitor? Have a look at page 36 of the User Manual here.

Thanks for reaching out, however as per my post... the monitor has stopped allowing me access to the settings menu, therefore I cannot access this option to reset.
