BU5800KXXU will not connect to Sky Q in UHD

I have a brand new Samsung TV (BU8500KXXU) that will not connect to my Sky Q box in UHD.  I keep getting the following error codes(UH021 & UH031) when I try to change settings to 2160p.  I have reset my Sky Q box, it is compatible with UHD, is running the most up to date software, and have also changed my sky HDMI to a newer 4k one. I have heard that a 4K powered HDMI splitter may work but I dont want to keep wasting money if there is a problem. Can anyone help at all as what was the point of buying a new TV if it doesn't connect on UHD.

Have you tried going to the All settings > General Settings > and choosing the HDMI 2 OR 3 input source( depending on which HDMI port your connected to ) then you have to turn on the togkr for UHD either Off . STANDARD or OPTIMAL .... choose optimal
Then go Sky q > settings >audio visual > 2160 UHD and the box will find the best setting.20230807_111618_1000105912_1691403380.jpg20230807_111550_1000105911_1691403351.jpg20230807_111452_1000105910_1691403294.jpg

@Members_UFMkc22: On your TV, please try heading to Home > Settings > All Settings > Connection > External Device Manager > Input Signal Plus, and toggle this on for the HDMI port that your Sky box is connected to. Let me know if this helps.
