Hi
i just went to use my Bluetooth headphones again on my tv (ue40h6400) and have just noticed the setting I was using to connect them has now disappeared, have connected them many times before so don’t understand where the Bluetooth setup has moved to either that or I’m looking in totally the wrong place. HI @Chloerog23 , if not sorted you may need to repair and possibly switch tv off for a minute/do a Smart Hub Reset if does not work initially.
Here is a general guide :

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I have tried all of this and still nothing, must have got rid of the option during a update, which is pretty annoying. I have used the same headphones on the tv before so I know they are not the issue.

I tried the steps that were listed in this thread thread. My samsung wireless keyboard used to work with my tv and now it doesnt. I've spent hours on the phone with Samsung trying to resolve this and they just keep telling me my TV isn't Bluetooth so it wont-work, I assure you it used to work perfectly. Can you help me?

Hi all,
Just a post to say that I've had to remove some posts regarding accessing the Factory Menu. Appreciate that's disappointing, but accessing and changing anything in that menu has a very real risk of damaging your TV -- and you'd invalidate any warranty by doing so. It's best to leave accessing and changing things in that menu to authorised Samsung technicians/Tech Support agents (via Remote Management), and to get in touch with your local Samsung Support team (https://www.samsung.com/uk/function/ipredirection/ipredirectionLocalList/ ) for any issues that go beyond the troubleshooting you guys can do. (Whether your product is in or out of warranty, Tech Support are always on hand to help.)
Cheers.

Hi all, this is just a post to say that my earlier post which was removed by the moderator may have damaged my TV set. I had explained how to access the factory menu and which settings to select. I took the life of my television (and yours) in my hands by attempting to explain how to access these settings in order to fix my bluetooth settings (which I was able to do this way) but it was a poor choice on my part. I should never have done this. Shame on me for telling you to do so as well. If anyone else is looking for answers, my best advice is to keep on looking elsewhere, because eventually you’ll figure it out. Just don’t be like me and make posts on this samsung page trying to offer assistance to others in need who just want to be able to listen to their bluetooth headphones once again, even if there’s no chance of actually invalidating your warranty anymore because it would have expired by now. My bad everyone. I will now go and think about the poor choices I’ve made.
