Black shadow near middle of screen

Hi I have a black shadow spot near the centre of the TV screen, run the diagnostics test and it still shows on the screen - mostly when the screen has single colour on screen - any ideas how I can fix this?

Contact Samsung support. I had that on a TV 2 months after purchase. An engineer was sent out to replace the screen panel.

Contacted company support refuse to register the complaint & replace. They told normal issue no need to change. Wait for issue appers big then call us.  😂 What can i do??
