Bbc iplayer

Hi, we have recently returned to the UK from the netherlands. Brought our TV with us.we cant get bbc iplayer...

Model is QE55Q80AATXXN 

Maybe not compatible?

No red button on remote, no access to numbers so we can't enter the pin to do a reset..can anyone help?

Do you mean it's not in the apps list? If not the you could attempt to download the.apk file and manually install.

Hi @Robin999  I take it you have a  Smart Remote,  for instance if you go to Self Diagnosis -Reset you will be asked for the Pin and the numbers  should appear on the Screen.  Select left or right  and select. Functions (which will be similar if not exactly the same on  all Smart Remotes) shown here Smart Remote .

Did you purchase the Tv in the Netherlands?   if so you may  well need to change the Region,a Guide shown here .  https://thevpn.guru/change-samsung-smart-tv-tizen-os-region  Know that some Members changed tis successfully in the past though for others was not so straightforward.
