Hi @James134  welcome to the Samsung Community :smiling-face:

Have you checked the Auto Motion Plus /Picture clarity settings to see if Adjustmemts there make a difference.  whilst should be kept to a mimimum  for most content may need for instance a judder reduction  for live sports.  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/Picture Settings

However if that does not help this type of issue can be due to Bandwith, not saying it is necessarily the case here but are a number of Devices connercted when the glitches occur?

In any case you can you try a soft reset by holding the power button in for around 5 seconds or until the logo appears.   If no effect unplug the Tv  for 30 seconds and reboot router by unplugging from mains simultaneously to see if that sorts it.    Another idea  if  the problem  persists is to change the DNS settings from Automatic  it to 8.8.8.8  and 8.8.4.4   (the Google servers).  Go to  Network-Network Settings-DNS Settings.   There are also other alternatives such as Open DNS  .

Primary DNS server address: 208.67.222.222

Secondary DNS server address: 208.67.220.220

By default Samsung TV relies on the DNS server provided by your ISP. However some servers have faster response times ,faster loading times should result in reduced latency.See more here: https://www.broadbandgenie.co.uk/broadband/help/best-free-public-DNS-server

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Your TV has a simple processor, not particularly fast but not slow either, most likely a Pentonic 2000.
Check which Wi-Fi network your TV is connected to - 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, use 5 GHz. To check your internet, activate the hotspot on your phone and connect your TV to it, check how it works, this way you will check your internet.
You will find out why the video is slowing down because of your TV or internet.
