Hi @thundersley I am assuming it is UE43TU7020K, Check you have the latest software which is 2505.4 and can be downloaded via USB if not available over the air https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE43TU7020KXXU/
if not relevant or does not solve it try a Smart Hub Reset, otherwise Reset by unplugging from Mains for a Minute and/or Factory Reset.
However for some reason this model does not appear to be on the certified list. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/help/questions/supported-devices/samsung#2020
