Hi.

I am considering purchasing a Samsung UE55AU7100 television, however I have some reservations due to issues with a previous Samsung 7 Series television (UE55NU7100), which was somewhat lacking in storage space (less than 1GB), and with all the forced apps that cannot be uninstalled (without a lot of messing around) there was very little space left on the device for personal apps. I have searched and searched and cannot locate any official information regarding the available storage on the UE55AU7100. Does anyone have this television and, if so, could you please clarify exactly how much storage the device has?

Try Below

On tv In the TOOLS menu navigate to "Settings", and then press ENTER

In the Settings Menu navigate to "About Smart Hub", and then press ENTER.

In the Details Page the TVs storage capacity can be viewed and additionally how much storage space has been used
