Hello.

I have a 75QN85D model located in Greece.

I try to scan satellite channels through my twin LNB.
Hotbird channels are received well, on the other hand ASTRA 19.2 channels i do receive just around 10(out of the couple hundreds available).

Do i need to reset transponders in order to receive ASTRA 19.2 channels, any idea the settings/transponders required?

Many tnx!!

Astra 19.2 is a completely different satellite to hotbird you'll not be able to pick astra up with a twin lnb
You'll need one of these a duel lnb1739010991992.jpg

Here's a different sort which shows you how it's connected you'll only need one satellite cable 1739011084697.jpg

Thank you for getting back to me.

Yes i have that set up. A dual LNB. I might have phrased it wrong.
So i receive two signals thats for sure, as both signals of the dual lnb, reach the end of the cable. I have measured this with the pediometer(field strength meter if the terminology is correct).

But when connecting tye Ffis cable to the tvs satellite receiver, the tv scans couple of hundred hotbird channels, but very very few from astra(about 10-20max)

Its a software issue of the tv, not a hardware issue from my understanding.

Your probably right about it being a software issue of the tv
But that's too technical for me so unfortunately I'm unable to help you any further
