Apple TV + App not available on my 7000 and updating software has not solved the problem

I have the Samsung 7000.  The software says its up to date but I cannot get the Apple TV + app to show up.

@MBF1: I have looked into this for you, and sadly the 7000 Series TV is not compatible with Apple TV+ or Airplay. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause.
