I purchased a series 6 UE65MU6400 TVs in June. I have just purchased Amazon Prime but when I access the App on the TVs, I get no sound - picture is fine. Don't think I get any sound on the Apps. I have checked to see if I need a firmware update but the message is that everything is up to date. Any solutions?

Hi. I had the same problem. My Samsung is run through a a/v receiver which had only one set of speakers switched on. Try that.
Or are all the connections plugged in properly?
