Many of you are probably already aware of the problems with running the S95F at 165Hz mode, but just to bring it to the official Samsung forums, it is as follows:

When you connect the TV to a PC and run the display at its full refresh rate, you will get a blue rectangle that flashes up for a frame or two at seemingly completely random intervals. It only occurs when running at 165Hz as that is when DSC is forced on due to the OCB limitation to 40Gbps. Dropping the refresh rate to 120Hz or lower disables DSC and therefore alleviates the problem. Many people are experiencing this issue, here is a reddit thread with a video showing the problem in action.

It was originally thought that this was isolated to those using Nvidia GPUs, but at least one person has reported that the same thing happens when using his Macbook Pro. We've all tried different HDMI cables, using both the different length OCB connector cables, changing various settings and even using custom display timings, nothing except dropping the refresh rate helps.

Yeah, Samsung, it seems that everyone with an Nvidia gpu experiences this issue while in 165hz mode. I have seen comments saying that they've returned their S95F unit and went with a G5 or a Z95B specifically because of these DSC issues. It's really just not a good look as there are tons of displays that do not have DSC issues when plugged into an Nvidia gpu. There is a great number of people who would be very grateful if you guys could sort things out with Nvidia and tackle this issue, myself included, of course.

same happening to me as well. people say putting it on 120hz fixes the issue but for me it just gets worse, it will constantly lose connection (black screen)  for few seconds then screen reappears. such u bummer Samsung paid freaking around 1300 Euro's for this tv. apart from this issue everything is perfect.
