All4 and ITV Hub won't play live

Neither app comes up with the option to watch live TV. I can watch live on my mac, on my Fire tablet but on my brand new samsung QE50Q60AAUXXU they just will not work. All other apps (BBC, netflix etc) work just fine I have reset the smart hub and updated all firmware. Any ideas?

Check your TV and see if there's a setting to toggle on allow DRM content. Turn that on

I’ve just paid £2000 for a Samsung tv

great picture ***** at everything else

i can’t get ITV hub or 4 or Samsung tv

i spent 3 hours with the online chat guys let them take over the TV set to make adjustments etc

first guy said internet connections not fast enough so I did a speed test and sent him the picture from the tv 240 mbps

after an hour of being connected to the tv the second guy came back with” apparently my boss knows there’s a problem with these apps we are trying to get a solution”

I cannot delete the apps so I cannot reinstall them

why would anyone be stupid enough to put an app on a tv for their own tv channel when it doesn’t work

talking to Samsung tomorrow they can have the tv back it’s not fit for purpose
